How you will contribute:
Join our dynamic Accounting Department and put your fast-paced, detail-oriented skills to work in a collaborative, team-focused environment. You will play a key role in managing high-volume invoice processing using an automated workflow system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounts payable cycle. Responsibilities include preparing invoices for payment, reviewing and processing job cost information, executing accounts payable check runs, printing checks, and responding to vendor inquiries. What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting as well as your Accounts Payable experience. Being proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word, will be required. Familiarity with automated workflow systems used to manage document routing and approval processes. Experience with Hyland OnBase is preferred; knowledge of comparable platforms is also acceptable. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment, with a focus on maintain accuracy and efficiency. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Strong organizational skills, a desire to work in a team environment, and the motivation to continuously learn will serve you well in this role.
