Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, track, process, and reconcile payments and expenditures, including PO, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions, etc.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, research discrepancies, and escalate unresolved items timely.
• Maintain accurate vendor files and required tax documentation in line with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities including accruals for unvouchered receipts and open payable reporting.
• Generate reports and present accurately; communicate with internal and external clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
