Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key processes in payables and receivables.
• Report on performance metrics and recommend process changes to improve metrics.
• Engage with the Motion Supply Chain team to evaluate supplier relationship improvements from a Motion Treasury perspective.
• Assist with reviews of new leases for proper accounting classification.
• Support field needs relating to existing credit card and vending programs.
• Monitor data integrity between ERP platforms and PeopleSoft accounting software.
• Manage cash and reconcile key activity.
• Work with electronic payment and receipt programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
