• Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Set up payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment.
• Review supplier base and make rebate payments.
• Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc.
• Properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments.
