Qualifications

• Strong 10-key data entry and calculator skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accounts payable system.
• Process electronic invoices and keep payments and records organized and up to date.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to ensure accurate balances.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to answer invoice questions and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support day‑to‑day operations.
