Job summary

1st Lake Properties Finance Division in Metairie, LA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role handles daily AR functions for residential and commercial properties, processes rent payments, posts transactions, and reconciles accounts to maintain accurate ledgers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR, preferably with property management experience, and proficiency with AppFolio or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Job Details: Job Location: 1st Lake Properties Finance Division - Metairie, LA 70002, Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly, At 1st Lake Properties, we are a dynamic and well established property management company focused on delivering exceptional service and value to our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
