1st Lake Properties in Metairie, LA seeks an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to support our finance team. You will manage AR for residential and commercial properties, process rent payments, post transactions, and reconcile accounts.

You will monitor delinquencies, prepare AR reports, and assist with audits while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and ability to work independently
