Job summary

Galaxy is seeking a Specialist, Accounts Payable & Billing for our New York data centers. You will own AP and tenant/billing activities, investigate discrepancies, and work with procurement, accounting, and operations to scale processes as we grow.

You will drive accuracy in vendor payments, PO matching, and billing setups, while helping implement Workday and strengthen internal controls. Strong communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or related accounting-operations roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in high-volume processing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience reviewing purchase orders, leases, or other transaction documents.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable and tenant/billing activities for the data centers division.
• Code, match, and process invoices; ensure timely approvals and reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc tenant invoices; assist with Workday implementation.
• Support month-end close and SOX audit requests; maintain audit-ready documentation.
