Job summary

Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking an Accounting Specialist to ensure the timely posting of accounts payable invoices and daily deposits. The role also manages corporate credit card programs and supports the accounting department.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in accounting or related experience, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office. This on-site Minnesota position offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Accounting, or at least one year related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Posts accounts payable invoices to the accounting system daily.
• Reviews invoices for proper supporting documentation and approvals.
• Reconciles vendor statements to keep accounts current.
• Reconciles company credit card statements and manages credit card programs.
• Participates in month-end close and reporting.
• Provides backup for front desk admin and other accountants as needed.
