ENTACT, LLC in Westmont, IL, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager to manage AP processes in-office during training and then hybrid.

The role requires 2-3 years AP experience, proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and 10-key, plus strong communication and organizational skills. You will support supervisor and interact with finance leadership to ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with accounting software, Word, Excel, 10-key, and other general office equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing others preferred.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Entering monthly admin/utility invoices, rents, and misc. additional invoices.
• Processing credit card statements.
• Responding to vendor questions/emails.
• Reviewing unapproved invoices.
• Assisting in weekly check runs.
• Overseeing expense reports for proper approvals and coding.
• Completing credit applications including terms and conditions for new vendors.
• Adding and Maintaining vendor records.
• Assisting in the management & supervision of the AP staff.
• Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager as needed.
• Interact with the Controller and ENTACT Management.
