Yard Truck Specialists is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Bensalem, PA team. The role supports the accounting department by processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma with an associate degree preferred, and 1–2 years of AP or general accounting experience is desirable. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

We are seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Bensalem, PA team. The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounting department by processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payment of company obligations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances

REQUIREMENTS

Education
