Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to process invoices, code and pay vendors, maintain vendor records, and reconcile statements in a fast-paced finance environment.

You will collaborate with purchasing and inventory, support audits, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and timely payments; SAP experience is required, and familiarity with automated AP systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• SAP experience required
• Experience with automated AP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
