Job summary

YETI is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to strengthen our end-to-end AP process. You will manage vendor accounts, process invoices, issue payments, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely, accurate transactions.

Partnering with Accounting, Planning and Procurement, you will analyze SAP reports and drive improvements while supporting month‑end close and compliance activities. A strong Excel skillset and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze data.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vendor accounts, ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, approvals, payment execution, and vendor communications.
• Review SAP reports (e.g., GRIR, MRBR) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve non-routine AP issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support cash application and posting of vendor payments; resolve unapplied/misapplied cash.
• Assist in travel & expense administration via Concur and corporate card program.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements across AP and expenses.
• Support month-end close activities including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Train and coach AP Specialists to promote quality and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements in AP and procure-to-pay.
• Support vendor record maintenance (W-9s, 1099) and audit requests.
