Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the AP team by researching issues, running queries, and analyzing system reports. You will assist with the monthly Lawson AP closing, review debit balances, and help with root cause analysis for internal and external customers.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues, monitor interfaces (RETek, MMS, KYRIBA), and produce management reports.

Qualifications

• AP issue research and resolution experience.
• Experience with monthly closing in Lawson AP.
• Ability to analyze system reports and queries.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve vendor payment issues using internal and external resources.
• Support invoice payments, reconciliations, and AP entry processing.
• Monitor system interfaces such as RETEK, MMS, KYRIBA, and Lawson.
• Prepare recurring reports and ad hoc analyses for management.
• Lead monthly Lawson AP closing and resolve interface errors.
• Assist IT projects testing related to AP.
