American Exchange Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for Aerosoles in New York City. You will manage day-to-day accounts payable, process invoices, prepare payments, maintain vendor records, and reconcile AP with the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in accounting with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously and across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review invoices and obtain appropriate approvals.
• Create payment proposals based on cash flow needs.
• Process payments of approved invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable records in subledger and vendor profiles.
• Clear payments to vendors as per bank statements.
• Manage AP email box and respond to internal and external queries.
• Monitor corporate credit card and employee expense policies for compliance.
• Reconcile AP detail to the general ledger.
• Process inventory receipts and prepaid inventory reconciliation.
