Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to maintain accurate vendor records and process invoices for multiple branches. The role supports month-end close and financial reporting.

You will work with RoadCARE, branches, and the AP platform to ensure timely payments, accurate coding, and clear documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred, with GP experience valuable.

• Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounting with a strong customer focus.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review invoices for distribution to correct branch.
• Reconcile vendor accounts using weekly statements and post invoices into the ERP.
• Post expenses into ERP and reconcile accounts at month end.
• Assist with AP closing reports and month-end/year-end close tasks.
• Review vendor tickets for accuracy and completeness and set up new vendors in ERP.
