Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze A/P invoices and record month-end accruals with GAAP-based estimates.
• Process global invoices and pay vendors per country-specific requirements.
• Review high-volume invoices for accuracy and G/L coding.
• Lead user acceptance testing for new AP systems and procedures.
• Enforce no PO no Pay policy and develop dashboards to report metrics.
