Accounts Payable Analyst
Reports to: Senior Director of Finance
Supervises: N/A
Summary Statement: The Accounts Payable Analyst reviews open vendor invoices, researches and analyzes reasons for delays in processing.
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in a 3-way match of Invoice to Goods Receipt to Purchase Order.
- Research and resolve outstanding vendor related issues and challenges unique to each business unit or process.
- Maintain critical business relationships with multiple internal business units across several locations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors.
- Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone calls from vendors and business units regarding open AP aging.
- Make recommendations for process improvements.
Marginal Job Functions
- Assist other personnel as time and knowledge permit.
- Participate in training and meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience
