Airshare is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to oversee the full AP process from the Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. This on-site role supports payments, vendor records, and accounting entries within NetSuite, with exposure to Concur for expense tracking.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in high-volume AP, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite. The company emphasizes teamwork, competitive benefits, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in standard Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• NetSuite accounting system experience is a plus.
• Concur credit card tracking system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payment processing and vendor record management, including W-9s and 1099 reporting.
• Route bills for approval and code entries in NetSuite.
• Monitor payables aging and record vendor disbursements for timely payments.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices to Corridor/POs and communicate discrepancies.
• Assist with amortization of prepaid training expenses and accruals.
• Support corporate credit card administration and Concur expense tracking.
