Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team! This position is hybrid with 4 days at their beautiful office in Manhattan.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage accounts payable cycle
2. Account reconciliation
3. Process invoices and checks for payroll
4. Travel expense allocations
5. Analyze general ledger (review and post journal entries)
6. Liaise with vendors and perform vendor analysis

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2. Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting is a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
4. Familiarity with accounting software
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + OT based on experience.
