Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Fruita, CO. This full-time role offers paid time off, health benefits, retirement benefits, and paid holidays. Starting pay is $17.00/hr, depending on experience.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The candidate must be meticulous, able to work through distractions, meet deadlines, and maintain professional customer service at all times.

Coop Country/Ace Hardware is now hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

This position is very fast pace, must be able to work thru distractions, must be systematic, meet nonnegotiable deadlines, enter data accurately and consistently, must be meticulous, and detailed oriented.

This Position is a full-time position with paid time off, health benefits, and retirement benefits, and paid holidays.

The Administration Position starting pay is $17.00/hr. depending on experience.

Work Hours will be Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

The Accounts Payable Clerk:

Must be a quick study

Must be able to move smoothly from learning to doing

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering invoices

Must be able to complete work timely and meet nonnegotiable deadlines

Must have excellent organizational skills

Must be proficient with computers.

Must be excellent at Multi-Tasking

Cash handling experience is not required but is preferred.

Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.

The position also requires working as a team with the entire office assisting in a variety of tasks.

Administration Assistant Duties

Duties will include but not limited to.

Entering Invoices daily, reviewing coding

Customer Service

Answering phones

Taking Fuel and Propane orders

Counting cash drawers

Scanning and filing AP documents

Assisting in a variety of office tasks, backup for other office staff

Assisting management with special events held on weekends.

Assisting and preforming other duties as requested
