Job summary

Halladay Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. We offer a great, employee-centered working environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include posting and paying hundreds of vendors monthly, reconciling statements, disbursing checks, and ensuring data accuracy. Qualifications include 1+ year AP experience and preferably DMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have Accounts Payable experience (minimum of one year).
• Preference will be given to those with experience using dealership management system (DMS).
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for posting and paying over 300 vendors monthly, from 9 different dealership departments.
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
