Job summary

Halladay Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor payments and reconcile statements across nine dealership departments.

You will post and pay 300+ vendors monthly, balance statements, disburse checks, and verify data in the system while collaborating with a small team in Cheyenne, WY.

Experience with dealership management systems is preferred, and a positive, self-motivated attitude will help you thrive in our employee-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Accounts Payable experience (minimum of one year).
• Preference will be given to those with experience using dealership management system (DMS).
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Posting and paying over 300 vendors monthly, from 9 different dealership departments
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments andverify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
