Zurich Insurance’s Travel Guard team is seeking an Account Operations Specialist in Stevens Point, WI. You will bridge Travel Guard, our agency partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate premium reporting and smooth month-end processes.

You’ll communicate with accounts, help resolve reporting and payment issues, and support top accounts while collaborating with Travel Guard’s sales team for continued growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support accounts that sell travel insurance by ensuring accurate premium reporting.
• Communicate by phone and email with accounts reporting questions and issues.
• Ensure timely payments from accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Participate in month-end account reconciliation.
• Build and maintain relationships with top accounts and Travel Guard’s internal sales team.
