Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking an Account Specialist to manage direct customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of product content to customer systems. The role is hybrid, onsite one day per week at the Colmar, PA campus, with opportunities to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

The position requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. Base pay ranges with a bonus potential, reflecting US market norms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant business experience.
• Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio of direct customer accounts and serve as contact for inquiries.
• Ensure timely delivery of product content to customer systems per standards.
• Audit content accuracy and report discrepancies to the team for corrective action.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Master Data teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting syndication issues and escalate complex problems.
• Maintain documentation of processes and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in syndication.
• Stay updated on ACES and PIES standards and related best practices.
