Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Accounts Compliance Auditor to monitor contractual compliance with customers and ensure conformity to internal policies. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and timely audit reporting.

You will work with Directors of National Accounts and Front Office Managers to resolve compliance issues, implement improvements, and educate field offices on best practices. A 1–2 year operations background is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years practical business experience in operations.
  • Strong initiative and accountability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Document and communicate information related to employee pre-screening requirements per customer service agreements.
  • Perform weekly audits of newly hired consultants to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Communicate non-compliance and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare documentation for customer audits and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Propose improvements to processes and policies based on audit results.
  • Maintain accounts by updating compliance requirements and noting changes.
  • Provide training to field offices and share best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
