Job summary

Verse Medical, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Operations Associate to help run our day-to-day compliance program and serve as the on-site point of contact during audits and inspections.

The role blends administrative tracking with hands-on facility work, ensuring all documentation aligns with practices and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams to support policies, certifications, audits, and trainings.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in compliance or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch small issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document findings.
• Comfortable working both independently at a desk and in person on the facility floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance trackers, calendars, and checklists.
• Monitor deadlines and flag items before they become urgent.
• Organize and maintain compliance documentation and records for audit readiness.
• Assist internal audits and external inspections with documentation and scheduling.
• Draft and update SOPs, checklists, and job aids as processes evolve.
• Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing compliance status for leadership.
• On-site point of contact during audits/inspections and coordinate logistics.
