Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Account Management Processor in New York to ensure accurate customer and vendor setup, timely job bookings, and precise billing. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Billing, AR, AP, vendors, and customers to prevent disputes and protect revenue.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in sales, service, billing, AR, AP, procurement, and customers. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and billing processes will help you excel in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience in Sales, Service, Billing, AR, AP, Procurement, and customers.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, billing, or accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and internal calls; third-party protection; manage Tax Exemption updates; handle site access; process COI requests; create reports.
• Serve as Accounts Receivable SME; resolve billing disputes; participate in AR calls; monitor metrics; manage credit holds; review project reconciliations; maintain payment log.
• Book jobs with Sales; review closed opportunities; coordinate parts & subcontractor ordering; notify Service Coordinators; manage EAC adjustments; reconcile projects for billing.
• Review open orders for billing readiness; process Preliminary Billing Documents; prepare invoice backup; work with billing to resolve delays.
• Process AP transactions; manage purchase orders; support parts and subcontractor purchasing; coordinate vendor info.
• Process compliance and admin tasks; maintain records; update access, safety, tax, and insurance requirements; provide reporting support.
