Job summary

CMA is seeking an Accounts and Banking Administrator to support banking, tax, audit, association records, and client onboarding activities. This role collaborates with banks, CPAs, association managers, boards, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial processing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while delivering reliable service to our clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Professional, tactful, and customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency with standard office software and online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing association bank accounts and manage online banking access.
• Process debit/credit card requests, fraud alerts, wires, and other banking needs.
• Monitor balances, CDs, ACH, e-checks, and payment issues; report variances.
• Obtain, track, and distribute tax returns, audit documents, and approvals.
• Maintain association records, governing documents, and registered agent data.
• Support turnover and onboarding with checklists and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with banks, CPAs, boards, and internal teams.
• Perform other duties to support CMA's mission.
