Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks an Associate Manager, Accounts to join NEXT GEN·TEAM, focusing on managing ambassador programmes and on-site activations. You will coordinate with Client Services and University Relations to translate client goals into action and ensure timely, engaging experiences for participants.

Ideal candidates bring 0-2 years of related experience, strong communication, creativity, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
0-2 years of related work experience.
Self-motivated with good problem-solving ability.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Willingness to travel for on-site activations.
Experience with or interest in events/experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

Understand each client's business, goals and programme objectives.
Collaborate with Client Services and University Relations on programme execution.
Act as primary contact for ambassadors and oversee training/coaching.
Support daily workflow of client projects for timely execution.
Assist in client-facing reports by gathering programme data.
Travel for on-site activations as required.
Participate in brainstorming to develop new engagement ideas.
Foster positive internal relationships and maintain enthusiasm.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
