Job summary

Cesna Recruitment seeks an Associate Manager, Accounting to lead treasury, accounting, and insurance tasks in Reston, VA. You will support the preparation of US GAAP financial statements, manage monthly close, and ensure internal controls across reporting and cash flow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with auditors, plants, and finance teams. SAP experience, including SAP Material Ledger, is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA and K-SOX/SOX experience preferred.
• SAP experience required, including SAP Material Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing procedures and reconciliations.
• Assist in US GAAP financial statements and notes.
• Coordinate with external/internal auditors for audits.
• Support daily cash flow management and month-end close.
• Oversee production reporting and inventory valuation using SAP Material Ledger.
