Job summary

Cesna-Recruitment is seeking an Associate Manager, Accounting to oversee treasury, accounting, and insurance tasks. You will support the Senior Accounting Manager in financial reporting, daily cash flow, and month-end close, ensuring internal controls across accounting information.

The role includes monthly closings, reconciliations, cash flow building, insurance renewals, and coordination with auditors. A CPA and SOX experience are preferred, with SAP Material Ledger experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA and K-SOX/SOX experience preferred.
• SAP experience required, including SAP Material Ledger.
• Knowledge of internal controls, corporate policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing procedures and balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Renew or build finance loans for investment or operating cash flow.
• Build annual and monthly direct/indirect cash flow budgets.
• Coordinate with External and Internal Auditors for quarterly and annual audits.
• Assist with US GAAP financial statements and notes.
• Coordinate with plants on production reporting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation using SAP Material Ledger.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special assignments as needed.
