Job summary

Oliver James is representing a large, established Advisory firm expanding its Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector. The role suits External Auditors or Deals/FDD/TAS pros seeking growth within a dynamic environment.

You will engage with high-level clients, applying GAAP/IFRS standards and driving value through complex transactions and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred - in progress acceptable.
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD at a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Professional communication with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self-starter; thrives as an Individual Contributor or in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.).
