Oliver James is recruiting for a large Advisory firm client in Tysons, VA. If you have a Public Accounting background and want to expand that knowledge with a firm devoted to developing its people, this role could be for you.

Whether you’re an External Auditor with strong Financial Statement experience, or a Deals/FDD/TAS professional who understands data rooms, this firm values professionalism, communication with C-Suite, and adaptability to new tech.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters preferred.
• CPA certification preferred (in process accepted).
• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) and high-value transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Professionalism to communicate with C-Suite.
• Self-starter who can work solo or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB and SEC/ASC standards.
• Able to adapt to evolving tech (AI, RPA).
