Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by telephone or email to the public.
• Register new employers for UI Tax accounts and process quarterly reports.
• Research and correct discrepancies in employer accounts and wage records.
• Prepare accounting adjustments and refunds, coordinating with field offices.
