Qualifications

• One year of clerical work experience maintaining records with computer systems.
• Substitutions: formal vocational accounting program can substitute for experience.
• Post secondary education from an accredited college can substitute for experience (3 sem/4 qtr hours = 1 month).

Responsabilités

• Billing, collection, and processing of boiler inspection receipts.
• Verifying accuracy of data in the billing system.
• Preparing financial reports and reconciling discrepancies.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and re-billing as necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the Mechanical Inspection section.
• Provide backup coverage for the front desk, reviewing applications, entering data, and proctoring examinations.
