Qualifications

• As per minimum qualifications: one year of clerical work with computer systems and basic arithmetic.

• Level 2 substitutions: accounting certificate or accounting coursework with relevant hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to the public by telephone or email.
• Register new employers for UI Tax accounts.
• Process Alaska Quarterly Contribution reports and tax payments.
• Research and update discrepancies in employer accounts and wage records.
• Prepare and process accounting adjustments and refunds.
