The U.S. Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX, is seeking a full-time accounting professional to independently handle the full range of accrual accounting duties for AFSVC and Air Force programs.

Qualifications

• Background investigation with favorable results.
• U.S. Citizen or Legal U.S. Resident for at least 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform the full range of accounting duties using double-entry accrual methods for AFSVC and Air Force programs.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain expenditure records; post to general ledger accounts.
• Prepare Air Force NAF Central Fund disbursement requests with proper documentation.
• Manage travel and expense programs, including DTS operations and claims in accordance with JTR and NAF policies.
• Serve as APC and liaison with GTCC provider; assist with PCS/TDY entitlements and payments.
• Review balances, reconcile ledgers, and generate financial reports for stakeholders.
