Responsibilities

• Processes payments of system wide invoices and purchases.
• Maintains accurate receipts, deposits, and revenue posting.
• Maintains vendor listings, W-9s and related forms, and resolves discrepancies.
• Posts journal entries to the General Ledger and works with staff to improve operations.
