Responsibilities

• Review and post customer payments by recording cash and checks.
• Prepare bank deposits and investigate account discrepancies.
• Record data/transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform reconciliations and notify authorities of discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and post revenues.
• Ensure files meet applicable policies and procedures.
