Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group seeks an Accounting Technical Analyst to work remotely. You will partner with investment accounting and corporate action teams, supporting technical initiatives and SDLC processes.

Strong SQL and data analytics, plus Eagle PACE/STAR experience, are essential. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in financial/investment management, with requirements-gathering experience and familiarity with State Street reporting platforms.

• Gather and translate business requirements for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with remote teams across PST hours.

Job description

Our client, a technology solutions provider, needs an Accounting Technical Analyst for a full-time role.The Accounting Technical Analyst will work remotely and be responsible for partnering with the investment accounting and corporate action business teams and support a variety of technical initiatives. The Accounting Technical Analyst will have a good understanding of SDLC, data analysis, gathering business requirements in the investment management industry.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial/investment management industry
• 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering for IT business requirements.
• 3+ years of experience on the Eagle PACE and Eagle STAR
• Ability to work PST Hours
• Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent work experience

Desired Skills:

• Comprehension of accounting data and its connection to investment management, trading, performance evaluation, compliance, and regulatory activities.
• Understanding of Corporate Actions and processing
• Exposure to financial instruments and pricing
• Experience with Eagle SRM platform is a huge plus
• Experience working with State Street reporting platforms including MyStateStreet reports, RKS, Alpha data platform, CRIMS IBOR
• Experience in supporting production operations, along with issue triage and resolution, is a valuable asset.
• Proficient in SQL and Data Analytics
