Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly financial reporting activities, including gathering, reviewing, and consolidating information from multiple business areas.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Research accounting and reporting matters and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Analyze financial results against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends while identifying significant variances and business drivers.
• Collaborate with business partners across Finance, Tax, Investments, Legal, and other operational groups.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:
