Raymond James in St. Petersburg, FL seeks a Senior Director of Consolidations to lead the enterprise consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and the consolidated general ledger, guiding monthly, quarterly, and annual close with strong internal controls.

You will partner with Financial Reporting, BU Controllers, and external auditors, oversee complex journal entries, and drive process improvements including automation and AI, while mentoring managers and building resilient teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with extensive accounting experience.
• Minimum of twelve years in progressive accounting roles, including leadership.
• CPA preferred and Series 99 may be required depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Leads enterprise consolidation processes including inter-company eliminations and the consolidated GL.
• Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Reviews complex journal entries and reconciliations; resolves issues with senior leadership.
• Partners with Financial Reporting, BU Controllers, and auditors on matters affecting the financial statements.
• Drives process improvements, automation, and technology to accelerate close and improve quality.
