Federated Hermes is seeking an Accounting Systems Manager within our Corporate Accounting Group, responsible for the governance, management, and continuous optimization of the organization’s Oracle cloud-based ERP environment. This position supports the full breadth of Oracle modules used across global accounting operations and serves as a primary point of expertise for system integrity, SOX compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder support.
As the organization transitions from its U.S.-centric legacy Oracle on-premises platform to a global cloud-based ERP, this role will be instrumental in driving successful implementation, managing quarterly system updates, and ensuring the long-term stability and effectiveness of the accounting systems environment. The ideal candidate brings a proven combination of accounting-process knowledge, Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience, hands‑on testing discipline, and the ability to serve as an effective liaison between Accounting, IT, and implementation partners.
