Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, or inventory-based accounting.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently drive work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accuracy and organization of QuickBooks files across multiple companies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory, SKU, costing, and COGS discrepancies.
• Support QuickBooks Desktop to Online migrations, including validation and post-migration reconciliation.
• Build spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows for finance and operating teams.
• Troubleshoot system integrations and improve recurring accounting/data processes.
• Own technical requests through completion, handling straightforward issues and managing contractors when needed.
