Coda Search│Staffing is seeking an Accounting Systems & Operations Analyst to work across accounting operations and financial systems in Stamford, CT. This hands-on role suits someone with a strong accounting foundation who is curious about technology, process improvement, and AI in finance.

You will prepare and support journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, while handling NetSuite administration and SAP Concur queries from business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or active CPA candidacy preferred but not required.
• Hands-on accounting experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany activity, and other month-end close responsibilities.
• Support accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and assigned balance-sheet and income-statement accounts.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and review-ready support for accounting entries, reconciliations, close checklists, audits, and internal reviews.
• Research reconciling items and accounting questions, identify the underlying issue, and follow through to resolution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite and SAP Concur questions from accounting and business users.
• Support NetSuite administration, reporting, saved searches, workflows, user access, testing, data validation, and issue troubleshooting within established review and approval procedures.
