• One year of full-time work experience in processing financial data or related tasks.
• Experience with accounting systems, posting, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support statewide correspondence.

• Post and reconcile child support payments across systems (ICAR, CSCPro).
• Process various payment types and ensure correct entries per procedures.
• Manage incoming mail, sort, scan, and track documents and payments.
