Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time work experience in processing financial data or related data.
• Thirty semester hours of accredited accounting or business coursework equals one year of experience.
• Eighteen months of full-time experience as Accounting Support Technician 1 for current/state executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for financial and accounting matters.
• Audit, reconcile, deposit and report on financial transactions.
• Review, research and adjust funding transactions and discrepancies.
• Process financial transactions following DOT policies.
• Assist customers with accounting-based questions.
