Job summary

Koltiv in Urbandale, IA, is seeking an Accounting Associate II to support financial operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements. You will manage AP, AR, reconciliations, and leased equipment reporting under limited supervision.

The role requires 2–4 years accounting experience, a bachelor's in accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and reliable communication. Hybrid in-office schedule Mon–Fri, 8–5, with opportunities to contribute across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in MSP or technology environments.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and routine accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: enter invoices, review statements, process payments.
• Monthly reconciliations for bank, COGS, shipping, and credit cards.
• Accounts receivable: monitor AR, generate invoices, and report.
• Leased equipment: track EOL options and monthly reporting.
