Qualifications

• Three years of full-time work experience in processing financial or related data.
• Three years with 30 semester hours of accounting/business coursework equals one year of experience.
• 18 months as Accounting Support Technician 1 in the state executive branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for financial and accounting matters
• Audit, reconcile, deposit and report on financial transactions
• Review, research and adjust funding transactions and discrepancies
• Process financial transactions following DOT policies
• Assist customers with accounting-based questions

Education

3+ years accounting/financial data experience

Education or experience equivalence
